November 2^nd the Apple’s iphone5 was launched in India. First level stock was available in India earlier of this month. After the launch the phone was completely sold out among the official resellers. So the user’s who are all wish to buy an iphone 5 have to wait at least 3 weeks that is 21 days after. The second level shipping will start after the 3 weeks. It is obvious the device will be available back at the store after 3 to 5 weeks due to its demand.

Ample technologies and the Reliance iStore from Bangalore confirms about the delay. But the official distributor of apple iphone, Redington didn’t say anything about this delay. The grey market of Bangalore said it will take a month for iphone5 availability. In the grey store only white variant of 16 GB is available and the black model was completely sold out. So in grey market it takes longer than 21 days compare with other stores for stock availability.

 It was expected the launch of iphone5 will not succeed in India because of its high price level. But current status shows that the iphone 5 stock is not available in India. From this it is obvious it was reached among the people. Some of the sources said the reason for the success is the price level is just similar to the iphone 4s and the other reason is advertisement about the phone.
