Back in August 2015 Asus has announced the 5000 mAh large battery capacity smartphone Zenfone Max. The manufacturer has officially released this smartphone in India. The flipkart and amazon retailer is now accepting the preorder of this handset in India. The flipkart retailer mentioned the release date as January 14 while the amazon retailer will release this handset on January 15. Both retailers have priced this smartphone at Rs. 9,999.

The zenfone max has 5.5-inch HD display with scratch resistant gorilla glass 4 protection. It runs on 1GHz quad core processor, qualcomm snapdragon 410 chipset and 2GB RAM. It equipped with android 5.0 lollipop os which has asus own user interface Zen UI 2.0. It has 16GB of internal storage and an expandable microSD card slot. It sports 13MP back camera with dual-tone flash and 5MP selfie camera. It has wifi, bluetooth, 4G/LTE, dual sim, gps and more connectivity features. The highlight of this mobile is 5000 mAh battery which will standby for 914 hrs. It also has reverse charging feature which can be used to charge other mobiles.
