AT&T, HTC and Facebook have teamed up to develop and announce the HTC First, the HTC first is the smartphone built to feature Facebook Home.
HTC First with 4.3-inch glass display, the smartphone runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) with the new Facebook Home experience and incorporates a Qualcomm Snapdragon™ 400 processor with 1.4GHz dual-core CPU. It has internal memory of 16 GB with 1 GB of RAM and rear facing camera of 5 Megapixel with LED flash, 4x digital zoom and front facing camera of 1.6 Megapixel. It also supports Bluetooth with Bluetooth 4.0, LTE, Wi-fi and battery of 2000 mAh. Facebook Home is built with Cover feed, Notifications, Chat Heads, App Launcher and Instagram.
HTC First will be available in four colors black, white, red and pale blue. HTC First will be available for pre-order for $99.99 with a two-year commitment and available exclusively in AT&T stores and online starting April 12.
