HTC begins to accept the preorder of U Ultra and U Play smartphones in UK. Both flagship mobiles were introduced by HTC on January 2017. In UK these handsets are available in both unlocked and contract versions. The following retailers will carry these smartphones in UK – Clove, Unlocked Mobiles, Carphone Warehouse and HTC online store. The available color options are black, blue, pink and white.

The price of HTC U Ultra unlocked or sim-free variant will be £614.98 (unlocked mobiles), £620 (clove), £649 (HTC e-store) and £649.99 (carphone warehouse). Additionally the carphone warehouse retailer offering this mobile in 2-years contract plan - £50.499/month without upfront and £42 with £99.99 as upfront. Other network users like Vodafone, O2, and EE can also upgrade their device without any upfront amount.

Another mid-range mobile HTC U Play (unlocked) now available at £394.98 in Unlocked Mobiles, £394.99 in Clove, £399 in HTC e-store and £469.99 in Carphone Warehouse. It’s also available in 2-year contract plan which priced at £28 and £32. Both plans requires £0 upfront amount. The company set the shipping date for both ‘U’ series mobiles as March 1.
