Today HTC unveiled their most awaited flagship smartphone in U series and named as HTC U11. It will be the third device they have added in U series. It’s also come with special feature called as HTC Edge Sense. This technology allows users to squeeze the device to perform some actions like sending message, launching camera and more. The user can customize the squeeze action and also include pressure touch.

Let’s coming to specs, the new HTC U11 comes with 5.5-inch 2K display, Super LCD5 and 3D corning gorilla glass 5. By default this handset pre-installed with android 7.1 nougat os and custom HTC Sense UI. It will be powered by high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 35 chipset and 2.45 GHz octa core processor. Coming to memory, it has 4GB RAM, 64GB phone storage and also support microSD card. Rumors suggest there’s also 6GB RAM + 128GB variant that will be exclusive for China only.

On the rear it has 12MP UltraPixel 3rd gen camera that includes 4K video recording, 3D audio recording, Ultra speed autofocus, OIS sensor, EIS sensor, Sony Sensor and more. It also has 16MP front camera for perfect selfies. Other popular features fingerprint sensor, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, IP67 water resistant, NFC, Type-C USB 3.1, 4G LTE (1Gbps DL), HTC U Sonic, Hi-Res Audio, multi voice assistants and more.

The handset packed with 3000 mAh battery and support QC 3.0 fast charging technology. HTC has also confirmed the price and availability of this device. Starting from next week the HTC U11 will release in selected countries. The company will completely expand this device to global market in June 2017.

HTC U11 unlocked model has listed for preorder in US via HTC official store. The preorder price is $749 and will be compatible with AT&T, Verizon & T-Mobile networks. Sprint carrier will accept the preorder from today and release date set for June 9. Pricing for UK and Europe also revealed as £649 and €749. It arrives in five attractive colors black, blue, red, silver and white.
