Huawei officially announces their new phablet Ascend Mate 2 with 4G network support. After the success of Ascend Mate released in March 2013, Huawei announces Ascend Mate 2 with improved performance. The phablet comes with 6.1-Inch IPS HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system with Emotion UI 2.0. The device has 1.6 GHz quad core processor and snapdragon 400 chipset. The device has the greater 2GB RAM which will increase the device performance and better gaming experience. The device has 16 GB inbuilt memory to store multimedia contents, files and more. There is no Memory card slot in this device. The device has 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5 Megapixel Front camera. The device rear camera supports Full HD video recording support.

The user can make crystal clear video calls with 5 Megapixel front camera. The camera has Panorama Shot, HDR, Auto face enhancement and more features.
