Today Huawei has introduced its next successor flagship smartphone in Honor series – Huawei Honor 9. They have debut this device launch through live streaming event in China. Unlike previous models, the company uses 3D metal glass body design and also has slimmest sides. After the announcement it immediately goes for preorder in China at major retailers. Honor 9 will arrive in three variants 4GB with 64GB, 6GB with 64GB and 6GB with 128GB. The prices of these models are 2299 yuan (Rs.21,780), 2699 yuan (Rs.25,570) and 2999 yuan (Rs.28,410). It comes in four stylish colors black, blue, gold and gray. Huawei also revealed the availability of Honor 9 for U.S and will be available from amazon.com.

Talking about specs, it features 5.15-inch Full HD display, 2.5D curved glass, android nougat os with EMUI 5.1, hybrid dual sim slot, Kirin 960 chipset, fingerprint sensor and octa core processor. By swapping the second sim slot the user can use microSD card (up to 256GB). At back it houses dual camera lens 20MP + 12MP and includes PDAF sensor, 4K recording, Laser AF, depth mode and more. There’s also a 8MP front camera for clear selfies. Other connectivity options are NFC, Type-C USB, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 4G with VOLTE and more. It powered by 3200 mAh built-in battery and supports fast charging technology.
