That’s nice, Huawei has started to push new software update for its latest flagship mobile Huawei P20 Pro. This handset was first unveiled by the manufacturer on last month March 2018. But don’t get excited because it doesn’t bring any major changes for this device. It just improves the security of this handset by installing the March 2018 patch. Further this firmware update will also rectify the online theme related issue, bug fixes and other enhancements.
The screenshot reveals the build number of this new update as CLT-L29 8.1.0.107 (C432)-FULL. The download size of this update will be in large 3.46GB. They were seeding this software update in phases via OTA. This image also reveals the firmware update is rolling out in Italy i.e. European region.
You can download this big update using WiFi network connection only and also put your mobile in charge to avoid battery drain. Once finished the download, allow your device to install this update, it may take several minutes for upgrade. Suppose if the update didn’t available for your handset means, try to initiate it manually from Settings > System Update.
