Huawei has started to push first software update for its newly arrived Honor View 20 smartphone. This successor handset was first introduced in China on December 2018 and later it also went globally in January 2019. The roll out has been officially confirmed by the user who posted the screenshots on honor club forum page. It also affirms they were rolling out this software update as OTA in phases. This software update adds new feature in camera, latest android security patch, bug fixes and few more enhancements for this handset.

These are the changes that are bundled within this latest software update. The OTA update is now available for download in India and it weighs around 342 MB. It also carries new build version 9.0.1.128 (C675E7R1P4), but the Magic UI version will remain at 2.0.1. Use recommended connection like WiFi to download the software update to stay away from errors. If you own this handset in your hand, try to check for the software update manually from Settings > System > System Update.
