AT&T wireless carrier from USA officially releases android Kitkat upgrade for LG Optimus G Pro E980 customers. This update file will upgrade your device operating system from Jelly bean to latest Kitkat version. The wireless carrier will roll out the firmware update via OTA (over the air). The users will receive a notification or alert to download the update file. The user can postpone the firmware update up to 3 times, after exceeding the maximum postpone time the update file will be automatically installed on your device. If you didn’t receive the firmware update notification, try to check manually by Settings > General Tab > About Phone > Software update > Update now.

The Android Kitkat update includes the lots of improved features, some of them are:

• Improved status and navigation bar designs.

• Enhanced battery and device processing performance.

• Newly added full screen mode, Google cloud printer and security features.
