LG quietly rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat update for G5 SE smartphone. The software update is now live in Europe for unlocked units. It will be available to download for model number H845. Some users having H840 model (Italy) also getting this nougat update. The firmware arrives for G5 SE as V20A-222-10 (software version) and the build number is NRD90U. It also bring latest security patch (i.e. March month) for this device.

The nougat firmware will come through OTA so stay connected to WiFi network. Probably the OS update will be in large size so use wifi connection to avoid disconnection. For Italian model (H840) the nougat update is not available for all users. For your convenience you can check for the manual update from Settings menu. If it’s available continue to upgrade otherwise wait for the official OTA push. Soon LG will announce the global roll out of android 7.0 nougat update for LG G5 SE.
