LG Optimus G Pro has been launched in its home country Korea.  According to LG the phablet sales has reached half a million unit within just 40 days after the launch. LG Optimus G Pro was released on 21^st February 2013.

LG Optimus G Pro features 5.5 inch HD IPS Plus display and a 1.7 GHz Krait 300 Quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM, 13 megapixel rear camera with LED, 2.1 megapixel front facing camera, and 32 GB external memory. The phablet runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and 3,140 mAh battery.

Optimus Pro was well received in the market display, sensitivity UX (user experience) design mounted massive three-dimensional full-HD screen, the world's # 1 LTE technology. The reason for this sales milestone is due to its successful marketing and promotional strategy.

Vice President of LG Electronics MC Division Park, Jong - Seok said increase communication with customers 'Optimus G Pro' in the domestic as well as overseas markets will continue. This will confirms the LG Optimus G Pro may launch globally later. The device also waits for an important April update, which will bring features like Smart Video function that will pause the videos when you look away and dual camera feature that allowing you to create a picture in picture experience, using the two cameras on board.
