For a long time Moto Z Play (1st Gen) users are awaiting for android 8.0 oreo software upgrade. However the company didn’t say any word about the exact release date of this update. But today we’ve brought some useful news for Moto Z Play owners related to android 8.0 oreo imminent. According to the source, Motorola has published the changelog of oreo update for Moto Z Play on their support page. This means the oreo update is not so far, they may start the roll out at the February end or March.

Some of the highlighted features in android oreo are Picture in Picture mode, smart text selection, auto fill, notification dots, faster booting speed, android instant apps, new emojis and more. Along with oreo, the update also installs with latest security patch i.e. February 1st 2018. It will also perform camera related enhancements and other stability tweaks.
