Motorola put an end to soak test and rolled out stable Nougat 7.0 update for Moto X Pure Edition in US. This handset was launched in 2015 and globally known as Moto X Style. The update is now live in USA and will be available through OTA. The full changelog has also updated at the support page.

This nougat update for Moto X Pure Edition includes Multi window, quick switch between recent apps, work mode, data saver, enhanced doze mode, notifications direct reply, bundled notifications, customizable quick settings, new emojis, updated settings navigation and more features. Further it will also update the android security patch, device performance optimization and bug fixes.

If you’re using this handset charge the battery at least 50% and connect your device wifi network. Once the automatic OTA notification hits your device download and install this update. If you didn’t received the prompt then perform manual update from Settings > About phone > System updates.
