Today Lenovo powered Motorola has unveiled two new smartphones in India which are named as Moto Z and Moto Z Play. Lenovo first introduced the Moto Z in June 2016 and Moto Z Play handset in September 2016. Both handsets are already released and available to buy in some countries. The company will roll out these mobiles in India from October 17 via amazon and flipkart retailers. The launch price of Moto Z and Moto Z Play handsets will be Rs. 39,999 and Rs. 24,999. They have also revealed the Moto Mods availability and pricing for Indian market.

Moto Z:

Moto Z is the high-end mobile which comes with 5.5-inch AMOLED 2K display, android 6.0 marshmallow os, corning gorilla glass protection, dual sim slot, qualcomm snapdragon 820 chipset, 1.8 GHz quad core processor and 5.19 mm slim design. For India it will be available in 64GB internal storage and 4GB (DDR4) RAM. There is a microSD card slot to extend the storage. The back camera is 13MP but it preloaded with more features like 4K video recording, OIS sensor, Laser AF, f1.8 aperture, PDAF sensor, professional mode etc. It also has 5MP front camera to shot good quality selfies.

Other features are fingerprint sensor, NFC, water repellent nano coating, 4G LTE (Cat6), wifi (dual band), bluetooth 4.1, Type-C USB and more. It fueled with 2600 mAh battery which can deliver 24 hrs of mixed usage time.

Moto Z Play:

The moto z play has same 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display but the resolution downgraded to Full HD 1080p. It runs on android 6.0 marshmallow os, 2GHz octa core processor and qualcomm snapdragon 625 chipset. It sports 3GB (DDR3) RAM, 32GB onboard storage and also support microSD card. It has 16MP main camera and 5MP selfie camera.

The camera features 4K video capture, PDAF sensor, Laser AF, f/2.0 aperture, slow motion video and more. This model also has front side placed fingerprint sensor which adds more security to this device. It includes NFC, bluetooth 4.0, wifi (dual band), water repellent nano coating, 4G LTE, Type-C USB and more options. It has 3510 mAh bigger battery which can offer 45 hrs of mixed usage time.

Both Moto Z and Z Play handsets are packed with TurboPower charging feature which will quickly charge the battery. These mobiles also support Moto Mods like Insta-Share projector, JBL SoundBoost, Hasselblad True Zoom Camera , Incipio offGRID power pack and Style shells.

The pricing of power pack and JBL sound booster mods are Rs. 4999 and Rs. 5999. While other two mods Hasselblad true zoom camera and Insta-Share projector will launch for Rs.14,999 and Rs.15,999.
