Verizon wireless is now rolling out new software update for Droid Editions of Moto Z and Z Force. This firmware carries new software version NCL25.86-11-4-6. Verizon has also updated the changelog at their support page. This firmware will increase the default notification volume level to match the volume level that was released on original software. Along with this it also includes enhance the device performance, latest security patch and other bug fixes.

The carrier will send this new software through regular OTA update. If your device got the software update prompt then download it with Wifi or mobile data. You can also check for manual update from Settings > About phone > System Updates.
