Earlier this month, OnePlus has announced Android 9.0 Pie based Open Beta program for OnePlus 6 users and also released two incremental beta builds for these devices. Now they were rolling out another open beta update which arrives as Oxygen OS Open Beta 3. Compared to previous beta builds, the latest one includes several bug fixes, enhancements and also adds new features. The full changelog of this software update has been posted at oneplus forum. System

 - Ambient display related stability issues has been fixed

 - Fingerprint and Face Unlock stability has been enhanced

 - Now you can launch Google Assistant or third-party assistant by holding the power button for 0.5 seconds

Parallel Apps

 - Parallel Apps compatibility has been extended for more apps (Telegram, OLA, Discord, IMO, Uber)

OnePlus Switch V2.1.0

 - Manual connection has been added, in case of failure to connect switch with QR code

 - Now supports backup and recovery for app data like home screen, lock screen and app layout

 - Bug fixes and extended support for more android models

Known issues

 - Google Play service will not work

 - Some apps may not work properly because of running on beta version

So these are the changelog that have been updated by the OnePlus on their forum page. This Open Beta 3 for OnePlus 6 weighs in 209 MB and will be available for download via OTA. The existing beta testers who have already installed the previous beta build, can download this OTA from Settings menu.
