OnePlus is one of the popular brand that are rolling out the regular software updates for their users. Today this brand has released a new Oxygen OS 4.5.14 incremental software version for its OnePlus 5 handset. The company has also posted the full changelog of this update on their official forums.
This firmware update is already live and also started to hit more number of users. The following are the improvements and bug fixes that are carried by this latest update:
It adds Airtel VoLTE support for India
It supports Band 66 of freedom in Canada
It carries the patch for Wi-Fi WPA2 (KRACK vulnerability) security issue
It will optimize the battery usage in some cases
Tweaks in GPS accuracy and General bug fixes
That’s all these are lists of changes that has been mentioned by the OnePlus. The size of this firmware is not bigger it comes in just 61MB. OnePlus has confirmed the software update will happen in OTA. At first it will reach only small number of users and afterwards they’ll start the wider roll out.
