OnePlus begun to push new OxygenOS based software update for OnePlus 5 and 5T owners. This stable firmware update will come with the version Oxygen OS 5.1.4. This update finally brought the July 2018 security patch files for these devices. The company also published the changelog of this update on their official forum. According to that this firmware update will bring improvements in the following sections – System, Camera, Message and Gallery. Below we have listed the release notes in detail.

This automatic OTA update weighs in large size 1.6GB and also the availability of this software update will vary by region. If you didn’t received the automatic OTA then try to check it manually from settings menu. Optionally you can also use third party VPN services to find and install the update.
