Few days back, Oppo mobiles announced the upgraded version of R5 smartphone with little bit modifications. The successor version will be called as Oppo R5s. The R5s handset also listed in Oppo official site. The smartphone will be made available from August 25 in European countries. It will be available for purchase in official oppo style store for 199 Euro. It comes in grey color only.

Compared to previous model, Oppo upgraded the RAM to 3GB and internal storage to 32 GB in R5s model. But they didn’t make any changes in design for R5s handset. Other specifications of R5s are similar to R5.

Oppo R5s has 5.2-inch AMOLED display with 1080p screen resolution. It has 64-bit qualcomm chipset, color os 2.0 based on android 4.4 kitkat, 1.5 GHz octa core processor and 4.85 thin design. It comes with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB in-built storage. There is no memory card slot for this device. It has 13MP rear camera with Sony Exmor sensor, Ultra-HD video recording, super macro mode, after focus and more features. There is also 83 degree wide angle 5MP selfie camera. It has 2000 mAh non-removable battery and VOOC flash charge support.
