Samsung outs the Android 7.0 Nougat update for its Galaxy A7 (2017) flagship mobile. This handset was first unveiled by the manufacturer on January 2017. Currently the nougat roll out is happening in Thailand region. It seems like Samsung has turned their focus on Galaxy A (2017) range of smartphones. The update screenshot has also posted by the users. According to image, the software update for A7 (2017) will arrive in the version A720FXXU2BQGB. The download size also weighs in big 1394.04 MB (around 1.4 GB).

The nougat update for A7 (2017) adds new features like dual messenger support, revamped UX, enhanced notification options, editable Quick settings icons, multi window mode, optimized Network Mode settings, enhanced settings menu, tweaked AOD feature, new Samsung Pass, storage optimization and system upgrade speed improvement. It will also update the security patch level to May month.

They have also intimate that some apps will not compatible after this software update. Updating the incompatible apps version to latest will solve this issue. As the screenshot confirms the nougat update is rolling out trough OTA. It may knock your device any time so manage device battery level and download it with recommended internet connection. We can expect Samsung may also release nougat firmware update for other A series like A3 and A5 in the upcoming weeks or months.
