Followed by A5 (2017) and A7 (2017), the android 7.0 nougat update is now available for Galaxy A9 Pro users. Looks like, this firmware is hitting India variants of A9 Pro. It was first launched by the Samsung on last year 2016. Recently it was also appeared at WiFi alliance database & benchmarks with nougat os. According to the report, the nougat update for Galaxy A9 Pro brings new version A910FXXU1BQHB. The screenshot also confirms the download size as 1266.68 MB (around 1.2GB).

We already know about the nougat features, so let’s have a look at this - redesigned UX, multi window, newly installed game launcher, enhanced notification features, editable quick settings, performance boost and more. Also update your Gear IconX version to avoid compatibility issues. As usual the nougat update is coming as OTA for A9 Pro handsets. Connect your device to wifi network and wait for the official OTA. You can also initiate the update manually from Settings menu.
