The Samsung Galaxy Pop is a entry level smartphone, which is quad-core version of Samsung Galaxy Premier. The Samsung Galaxy Pop's model number is SHV-E220. Samsung Galaxy Premier is a dual core handset but now with quad-core as Galaxy pop.

The Samsung Galaxy Pop runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. It has a 4.65 inch Super AMOLED display with 1280 x 720 pixels, Touch Wiz 5 UI , 1.4GHz Exynos 4412 chipset, 1GB of RAM, an 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 1.9MP front-facing camera and battery of 2,100 mAh. It also has 8 or 16 GB internal storage with expandable memory via microSD card slot support.

The Samsung Galaxy Pop also supports GPS with A-GPS support, Bluetooth, Wi-fi, LTE (with multi-carrier support) connectivity, FM radio and DMB-T tuner.

The Samsung Galaxy Pop will be available in white only.  The three major South Korean carriers (SK Telecom, KT, LG U Plus) are going to start their sale by next month (February). The price of Galaxy pop is not yet announced. For more information stay tuned with us.
