Back in July 2015, Samsung unveiled two new successor tablets Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and Galaxy Tab S2 9.7. These tablets are now up for preorder in USA via amazon, samsung official store and best buy retailers. The retailers listed the both 8.0 and 9.7 versions in WiFi only models. The tab s2 8.0 and 9.7 preorder price for 32GB storage models are $399.99 and $499.99. The online retailers will roll out this tablet from September 3. Both tablets will arrive in black, white and gold colors.

The LTE version of these tablets will be available from September 4 at tmobile, verizon, at&t and sprint carriers. Soon the USA carriers will confirm the price for LTE models. The tmobile, at&t and sprint carriers will sale this tablet in black color while verizon offers this tab in white color.

Both tab s2 8.0 and 9.7 comes with Super AMOLED display, QXGA (2048x1536) resolution, android 5.0 lollipop os, octa core processor, Exynos chipset, 8 MP rear camera, 2.1MP front camera, 3GB RAM, microSD card slot, 5.6 mm slim design and fingerprint scanner. It differs in display size, battery capacity and internal storage.

The 9.7 inch model has 32GB/64GB inbuilt storage variants where the 8.0 inch model available in 32GB storage only. For 8.0 inch model the battery capacity will be 4000 mAh while the 9.7-inch has 5870 mAh battery capacity.
