After the successor of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 released in September 2013, they planned to release the Galaxy Note 3 Neo variant in next month. Samsung officially announced the device 3G and LTE variants in Poland official site. The device will be globally launched in February and available in Black, Green and white color variants. The device has 5.5 Inch Super AMOLED display with HD resolution. The device has 3G and LTE network support. As per the specifications, the device has Android 4.3 jelly bean operating system. The device has 1.6 GHz Quad core processor; there is no information about Chipset. The device has 2 GB RAM which will prevent device from idle state. The device has faster multi tasking feature. The device comes with 16 GB inbuilt memory and additional SD card slot. The user can expand their memory up to 64 GB with SD card. The device has 8 Megapixel back camera with LED flash and 2 Megapixel front camera. The device camera comes with many features like Full HD video recording, HDR, Panorama, BSI sensor, best shot etc. The user can make video calls and video chat through front camera. The device has NFC, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.0, IR LED, GPS and more connectivity features. The device comes with some additional features like S Voice, Samsung Air command, S Pen, S translator etc. The device has huge battery capacity 3100 mAh; there is no official information about standby time and talk time.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo LTE+ slightly differs from 3G variant. The device differs in processor and LTE network other configurations are similar to 3G variant. The LTE variant has Hexa-core processor (1.7 GHz Dual core cortex A15 processor + 1.3 GHz Quad core cortex A7 processor). The LTE variant will be available in specific markets depend on LTE network. Both devices will be available from end of February 2014.
