Samsung has officially announced the next generation of Note series mobile at a live launching event. The new flagship smartphone has named as Galaxy Note 7. The company has skipped the Note 6 name and launched the new device as Note 7 to match with S7 series mobiles. Samsung will officially release this handset from August 19 in USA.

The release price for USA and UK are confirmed by the third party retailers. It will also support U.S network carriers like T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, U.S Cellular, Verizon and Sprint. The full retail price at tmobile and at&t will be $849.99 and $880. The preorder for this device will start in U.S from August 3 and deliver to users from August 19. It will also available to buy in contract price which will vary by carriers. For UK the clove retailer is now accepting the preorder for galaxy note 7. The preorder price is £699 (pounds) and will launch in UK by earlier September.

The galaxy note 7 comes with 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display, 2K screen resolution and dual edge curved display design. It uses newly announced Corning gorilla glass 5 to protect the mobile from damages. It runs on Android 6.0.1 marshmallow os later they may release android 7.0 (Nougat) update. It equipped with two types of chipsets - Qualcomm snapdragon 820 and Exynos 8890. The qualcomm model will be exclusive to USA which comes with quad core processor and adreno 530 GPU. The Exynos variant is the international model which sports octa core processor and Mali-T880 MP12 GPU.

The handset houses 4GB DDR4 series RAM and 64GB of internal storage with UFS 2.0 technology. Like Galaxy S6 it also has 12MP rear camera with dual pixel technology and 5MP front camera. The camera includes more exciting features like 4K video recording, dual video record, OIS sensor, f1.7 aperture, PDAF sensor, etc.

Samsung introduced a new stylus pen with pressure sensor which feature 0.7 mm pen tip and also has water & dust resistant . Other features are IP68 water and dust resistant, Wifi, NFC, bluetooth 4.2, Type-C USB, fingerprint sensor, Iris sensor, heart rate sensor, 4G LTE and more. The battery capacity 3500 mAh and supports wireless charge and fast charge. It will be available in four colors blue coral, black onyx, gold platinum and silver titanium.
