Samsung has rolled out the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean firmware update for its International variant of Galaxy Note (GT-N7000). The OTA (Over the Air) update is not available and it is available via the Samsung KIES software.

The update is now available for the International version in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Germany, Italy, India, Trinidad and Tobago and Netherlands and in a few other regions too. The update is not available for the Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000B and GT-N70005 (LTE) variants. They are still running in Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The update provides the lot of new features like Project butter (Buttery Smooth Performance & Great Stability) , Google Now,  Multi-View (Multi Windows Multitasking),Page Buddy,  customized Notification Panel, Smart Rotation (Screen Display adjustment),  Continues Input in Keyboard (Like Swipe), Samsung’s Cloud services,  Direct Call, Smart Stay and Pop-up Play, Widgets From the Galaxy S 3, Home screen modes.

Official Firmware Details are Android Version: 4.1.2 – Build JZO54K, Country: Poland [PLAY], PDA: N7100XXDLK7, CSC: N7100PRTDLK5, MODEM: N7100XXDLK7.

Samsung already announced the update will be available at February 2013. But the update rolled out in mid-March 2013.
Even though the update rolled out some of the regions were still waiting for update.
