Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini features once again leaked, but this time the specifications are slightly differs from previous rumors. The benchmark result of Galaxy S5 Mini (SM-G800H) provides more hardware information about this device. As per the result, the device has 4.8 Inch HD display with single sim card slot. Like Galaxy S5, the S5 Mini also runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat operating system. It has 1.4 GHz quad core processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset, Adreno 305 GPU and 1.5 GB RAM. The device may come with two storage variants 8 GB and 16 GB (no word about SD card slot). The device may have 8 Megapixel rear camera with 1080p video recording at 30 FPS and 2 Megapixel front camera. It also has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and more connectivity features. Samsung truncated the Fingerprint scanner and heart rate sensor features for Galaxy S5 Mini version. We can expect Samsung will announce their Galaxy S5 Mini within Q2 of 2014 and release that device in Q3 of 2014.
