After the success of Galaxy S8, Samsung is preparing to launch its next flagship smartphone Galaxy S9 in ‘S’ series. Recently Samsung Mobile Business President DJ Koh has confirmed that they’re going to debut this handset at MWC 2018 event on February. Until now Samsung didn’t unveil the teaser video or design tips for galaxy s9. But the rumors suggest the design of Galaxy S9 will be identical to Galaxy S8.

Let’s come to the point, today we came up with the official retail box of Galaxy S9 which holds the partial specs of this handset. According to the box, the galaxy s9 will feature 5.8-inch Infinity display with Quad HD+ screen resolution. There will be a rounded finish on display corners and the screen aspect ratio will remain at 18.5:9 ratio. The RAM and internal storage options of galaxy s9 are 4GB and 64GB. There is no hint about the expandable microSD card option.

The retail box confirms the device will sport 12MP camera at back that features Super Speed Dual Pixel Focus, OIS Sensor, F1.5/F2.4 Aperture, Super Slow Motion video and more. The dual aperture tips that the handset may arrive with dual 12MP camera lens. Like Galaxy S8, it also has same 8MP selfie camera at front.

Other revealed features are IP68 Water & Dust resistant, Iris scanner, fingerprint sensor, wireless charging, AKG powered Earphone, stereo speakers and Knox. That’s all these are the features that are leaked in the retail box. Still some major specs are missing for this device like processor, android os and battery capacity. To know the price and release date you need to wait for the MWC 2018 that will happen on February 2018.
