Samsung is now rolling out August month security patch update to galaxy note 5 handset users. This security update is now available for Indian users. It brings new build number N920GDDU2BPH2 for note 5 device. The users will receive the small software update through OTA. The download size will be in 76.93 MB.

If you got the notification you can install the update immediately or postpone the firmware. If the user chooses install overnight option the firmware will be postponed and installed between 2 AM to 5 AM. It also enhances device performance and fixes the known issues. Samsung didn’t issue the changelog for this update so it may or not include more features. It you want to check it manually just go for Settings > About device > Download updates manually option.
