Samsung Korean handset maker will going to release new set of tablets in Galaxy Tab 4 series. The tablets are Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. As the name indicates the tablets are avaible in three different types of display sizes. These tablets may be release at MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2014 event. Samsung didn’t officially announce the specifications and release date for these tablets. Like Galaxy Tab 3 series, these tablets are available in Wi-Fi Only, 3G and LTE versions. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 series has 1280 x 800 screen resolution, 1.2 GHz quad core processor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS features.   

According to rumor, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has 7 Inch display and 1 GB RAM. It may release with Android 4.4 Kitkat OS. The tablet has 8 GB internal storage and SD card slot to expand memory. The tablet has 3 Megapixel rear camera and 1.3 Megapixel front camera. The user can make video call through front camera 3G or Wi-Fi network. The tablet has GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity features. The device has enough 4450 mAh battery capacity. 

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has 8 inch display and 16 GB internal storage. Unlike Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, it has huge 6800 mAh battery capacity. Other hardware and camera features are similar to Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. The LTE version of this tablet comes with 1.5 GB RAM.

At last in the queue is Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, it has bigger 10.1-inch display. It has 1.5 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage with SD card slot. It also comes with Android 4.4 Kitkat OS. Unlike other two tablets, it has 8 Megapixel rear camera and 2 Megapixel front camera. Like Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, it also has 6800 mAh inbuilt battery.
