T-mobile carrier now pushing android 5.0 lollipop software updates for Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition (P607) and Galaxy Tab 4 (T337). The update will be available for these tablet users via OTA (over-the-air) from September 28 – October 9. If your tablet is eligible for update the tmobile carrier send the notification for the Android lollipop update. Once the notification received to your device you can download and install the latest software update. If you doesn’t receive the update notification, you can manually check for the software update availability by Settings > About device > Software update. The download file size for Note 10.1 (2014) and Tab 4 will be 958.65MB and 852.07 MB. The software update requires WiFi connection and 50% minimum battery life.

Optionally the user can also download and install the android lollipop update using Samsung Kies. The detailed procedure for installation of software update with Samsung Kies has been posted in official site. The android 5.0 update also has fix for Stagefright critical issue. After the completing the installation of Android 5.0.2 lollipop update the baseband versions of Galaxy Tab 4 and Note 10.1 (2014) tablets updated to T337TUVU1COH5 and P607TUVUBOI2.
