Verizon wireless carrier has announced the android marshmallow software update for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 users in USA. The galaxy note 5 flagship smartphone was launched on last year August 2015. The new firmware update will bring the software version MMB29K.N920VVRU2BPB2. The software update needs uninterrupted Wifi network connection to download the update.

The android 6.0 for note 5 will include newly revamped UI design, doze mode to save unwanted battery usage, improved app permissions, google now on tap, wifi calling and enhanced live Broadcast. For wifi calling the users can enable the advanced calling features by settings > Advance Calling > Activate Advanced Calling. It also has app removal feature to uninstall the unwanted apps from this device.

Verizon HTC One M8 users will also receive android marshmallow os update on March 7. This notification has tweeted by Mo Versi (vice president at HTC) on his official twitter page.
