At IFA event 2015, Sony unveiled the new flagship smartphones in xperia series named as Z5, Z5 Compact and Z5 Premium. From these the two smartphones xperia Z5 and Z5 compact are now up for preorder in UK via carphone warehouse online retailer. The retailer will deliver the xperia z5 compact and z5 smartphones to customers in September 29 and October 6. The user can purchase these mobiles at UK retailer in pay monthly and sim-free version options. For sim-free model the xperia z5 and z5 compact will be available at 550 and 450 pounds. For pay monthly plan the user can buy this smartphones under EE, Vodafone and O2 network providers. The starting price of pay monthly plan for z5 and z5 compact are 41.99 and 33.50 pounds.  The carphone warehouse retailer also offers upgrade option for these smartphones.

The z5 compact has 4.6 inch HD (720p) Triluminos display, android 5.1 lollipop os, 4G LTE, octa core processor, qualcomm snapdragon 810 chipset and 3GB RAM. It comes with 32GB internal storage which can be expandable up to 200 GB via microSD card. The smartphone features fingerprint sensor which allows users to make payments with fingerprint. It has 23MP back camera with pulse led flash and 5MP front camera. It also has IP68 certified dust and water proof design. It comes with 2700 mAh inbuilt battery which offers 2 days of battery usage. It will be available in black, coral and white colors.

The z5 has 5.2-inch 1080p Triluminos display, android 5.1 lollipop os, qualcomm 810 chipset, octa core processor, IP68 dust and water proof, 4G network and 3GB RAM. It includes 32GB mass storage and 200GB external storage support. It comes with 23MP rear camera (pulse led flash) and 5Mp front camera. It also include fingerprint key sensor with payment support. Compare to compact version it has battery bumped to 2900 mAh which provides 2 days of usage time. It comes in black, green gold and white colors.
