Sony Xperia Z was announced in January 2013 at CES (Consumer Electronics Show). Japan seems to be the first one to own the device. Now Xperia Z demo units has displayed in Japanese retail stores. The demo unit in the retail stores indicates that the Xperia Z launch date will be soon. The electronics chain store Yodobashi Camera has showed the Xperia Z.

There is no official announcement about the price yet. The UK online store Expansys puts the price for pre-orders at the cost of £529.99.The available date may be 9^th February in Japan market. Release in European market expected in March or late February. The release date may change, and delays may come in the mobile market. The release date cannot confirm until official announcement.

Sony has announced that Xperia Z will be available in stores by the end of March. Some of the report said that release in Europe in February. The Xperia Z can perform one touch mirroring and sharing its media content via NFC technology to other Sony electronic device such as HDTVs and wireless headphones. The device runs on quad-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, Adreno 320 graphics processor and 2GB of RAM. It also supports Sony’s Mobile Bravia 2 Engine and has a 13MP Exmor RS camera sensor.
