Xiaomi has officially revealed the longly rumored flagship phablet in China which named as Mi Max. This new phablet sized smartphone has awesome high-end features and also priced lower than other branded smartphones. Xiaomi will conduct the first sale of this handset in China on May 17. From today they will accept the preorder of Mi Max mobile for its first sale. Later they will announce the global roll out of this phablet.

The max phablet has 6.44-inch huge display with Full HD (1080p) screen resolution and 2.5D curved gorilla glass protection. The 32GB variant will come with 1.8 GHz hexa core processor and qualcomm snapdragon 650 chipset. Other two storage models will be powered by 1.8 GHz octa core processor and qualcomm snapdragon 652 chipset. It runs on android 6.0 marshmallow os with latest version of MIUI 8.

It will be available in three storage models 32 GB, 64GB and 128GB. The two models 32GB and 64GB will be equipped with 3GB RAM while the 128GB model comes with 4GB RAM. All models will support microSD card (uses second sim slot) which can be expandable up to 128GB. It has 16MP main camera with PDAF sensor and 5MP selfie camera with 85 degree wide angle lens. It also includes hybrid dual sim, fingerprint sensor, dual band wifi, VoLTE 4G, infrared sensor, bluetooth 4.2, GPS and more connectivity features. With Infrared sensor the device can also be used as universal remote controller like TV, AC etc. The handset fueled with large battery capacity 4850 mAh which can also backup for a day of usage.

The price of 3GB + 32 GB storage model is 1499 yuan (Rs. 15,335), 3GB + 64GB variant will be available at 1699 yuan (Rs. 17,375). The last variant 4GB + 128GB storage model priced at 1999 yuan (Rs. 20,455). The handset arrives in three optional colors silver, light grey and gold.
