Today at MWC event Xiaomi Chinese manufacturer has unveiled two new smartphones at Mi series which named as Mi 5 and Mi 4S. Earlier Xiaomi has teased about the launch of Mi5 mobile but unexpectedly they have also unveiled Mi 4S mid-range smartphone along with this device. Both smartphones will be available to buy in China from March 1. The launch price of Mi 4S is 1699 yuan (Rs. 17,830). The Mi 5 mobile will be launch in china for 1999 Yuan (3GB + 32GB), 2299 Yuan (3GB + 64GB) and 2699 Yuan (4GB + 128GB).

The Mi5 has 5.15-inch 1080p display with 3D curved glass design and 95% NTSC gamut. It runs on android 6.0 marshmallow os, MIUI 7, qualcomm snapdragon 820 chipset and quad core processor. Xiaomi introduces new type of storage technology UFS 2.0 for faster reading and transmission rate. The Mi5 will be available in three storage models 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. The 32 GB and 64 GB storage models will come with 3GB RAM while the 128 GB storage model has 4GB RAM. There is no external storage slot for this handset.

It has 16MP back camera with dual tone flash and 4MP front camera. The camera features 4K video capture, PDAF focus, DTI pixel isolation, spectra image sensor, 4-axis OIS sensor and more. It includes dual sim slot, fingerprint sensor, NFC, Wifi, Type-C USB, Bluetooth 4.2, 4G LTE (VoLTE), Infrared sensor and more connectivity features. It has non-removable 3000 mAh battery with quick charge 3.0 technology powered by qualcomm. It arrives in three colors black, white and gold.

On the other hand Xiaomi Mi 4S has 5-inch 1080p display, hybrid dual sim slot, android 6.0 marshmallow os and 4G LTE network. For faster performance it equipped with qualcomm snapdragon 808 chipset, hexa core processor and 3GB RAM. It has mass internal storage 64GB which also support microSD card (via second sim slot). It comes with 13MP back camera and 5MP selfie camera. The connectivity options will be Fingerprint sensor, WiFi, 4G (VoLTE), Type-C USB, Infrared sensor, Bluetooth 4.1 and more. It also has non-removable 3260 mAh battery but it support quick charge 2.0 technology. It will be available in black, gold, white and pink (limited edition).
