December security patch is out for Moto G5s Plus

New firmware update has started to hit Moto G5S Plus (Special Edition) smartphone. It will update the security patch level of this handset to December 1 2017. Beside this patch it also updates the camera app, thermal settings optimization and general bug fixes. This software update will arrive with new version NPS26.116-61. The report claims the security update is now live in following regions - Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia.

The screenshot confirms the latest update will be available for download via OTA. To receive this OTA you must connect your device to wifi or mobile data and also charge the battery above 50 percent. If the update is available in your region, you will be notified with prompt. After completed the installation, you can verify it from Settings > About phone.
