Nokia 6.1 Plus and 5.1 Plus are officially unveiled in India

Few months back Nokia has launched Nokia X6 and Nokia X5 mid-budget flagship smartphone in China. Among these two Nokia X6 becomes the fast selling smartphone in Chinese industry, still now it went for out of stock with in a seconds. Today Nokia has revealed the arrival of these two smartphones for India through a live streaming event. HMD Global has renamed these two handsets as Nokia 5.1 Plus and Nokia 6.1 Plus for global market.

Starting from August 30, Nokia 6.1 Plus will be exclusively available to buy in India via flipkart online retailer. The launch price of Nokia  6.1 Plus will be Rs. 15,999. On the other hand, the roll out of Nokia 5.1 Plus has been scheduled on late September. They’ve confirmed the buy price of this handset as 199 euros.

Nokia 5.1 Plus Specs:

Nokia 5.1 Plus comes with 5.86-inch HD+ display, 19:9 aspect ratio (top notch display), covered by 2.5 curved glass on both front and back, hybrid dual sim slot, running on android oreo os (stock android), 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, supports microSD card (up to 256GB), Mediatek Helio P60 chipset and octa core processor. Coming to camera, it has 13MP + 5MP dual main camera at back and 8MP front mounted selfie camera.

Other preloaded features are fingerprint sensor, face unlock, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, 4G LTE, GPS, Type-C USB and more. It powered by 3060 mAh non-removable battery and supports fast charging technology. Available color options are Gloss Black, Gloss Blue and Gloss White.

Nokia 6.1 Plus features 5.8-inch FHD+ display, protected by 2.5D curved gorilla glass on both front and back, notch design with 19:9 aspect ratio, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset, 1.8 GHz octa core processor, running on android 8.1 oreo os (stock android), 4GB RAM, 64GB onboard storage and also support expandable memory via microSD card (up to 400 GB).

At back it houses 16MP + 5MP dual main cameras and at front it has 16MP selfie camera. Other features are fingerprint sensor, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, Dual 4G VoLTE, Cat4 LE Speed, Type-C USB and so on. It packed with 3060 mAh battery which compatible with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging. It arrives in three colors Midnight Blue, Gloss Black and Gloss White.
