T-Mobile Samsung S6 and S6 Edge marshmallow update now available

Few days before, we mentioned that Samsung Galaxy note 4 has Marshmallow update in U.S. but the carrier based models doesn’t have that update. Recently T-mobile announced the new software update for Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge smartphones. They opened the gateway for Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 update fort these devices. T-mobile is one of the leading mobile carrier in U.S.

This unexpected update makes the users very happy and they are receiving the updates. This update needs only 1.3GB which is nice compared to previous updates. This Android OS has lots of features. T-mobile has lots of competitors in its field, so they planned to cover their users quickly and to give tough to their rivals. But we do know that this upgrade includes the extra added features like Google now on tap, doze mode and improved app permissions.

However it is very useful one for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge users. This marshmallow enhances the performance of this handset which is better than its previous versions. The T-mobile gives the time limit from April 11 to May 13 for this Marshmallow update. Users can update this OS via Wi-Fi or download it via Samsung Smart Switch.

Not only in USA, the marshmallow update also rolled out to Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge handsets in Canada. But one real fact about the Google’s Android Marshmallow, its growth rate is very low compared to its previous OS Lollipop. So the Google planned to open the gateway for every higher-end smartphone in this month to reach a good level of business by Marshmallow.
