Vivo Xplay 5 and Xplay 5 Elite mobiles officially unveiled

Vivo chinese mobile manufacturer has revealed the next flagship smartphone under Xplay series at an event in China. The new smartphones are named as Xplay 5 and Xplay 5 Ultimate Edition or Elite Edition. The Xplay 5 elite is the world’s first smartphone which equipped with 6GB RAM. Initially Vivo mobile will roll out these smartphones in China from March 8. The xplay 5 and xplay 5 elite edition will be available in china for 3698 Yuan (Rs. 38,170) and 4288Yuan (Rs. 44,260).

The xplay5 will come with qualcomm snapdragon 652 chipset, 1.8 GHz octa core processor and 4GB RAM. While xplay5 elite comes with qualcomm snapdragon 820 chipset, 2.15 GHz quad core processor and 6GB RAM. Other hardware features are similar for both handsets.

The handset has 5.43 inch Super AMOLED Quad HD (2K) display, android 5.1 lollipop os, android 5.1 lollipop os (Funtouch OS), 128GB mass internal storage and microSD card slot. It comes with 16MP back camera and 8MP selfie camera. The preloaded features of camera are PDAF sensor, 4K video recording, HDR, sports stabilizer, sony sensor and more features. It includes fingerprint sensor, wifi, NFC, bluetooth, GPS and more connectivity features. It has non-removable 3600 mAh battery with twin-engine flash charging technology.  It will be available in silver, rose old and gold colors.
